Welcome, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for visiting my blog at WordPress.com. I am grateful for my followers as I am thrilled to be able to share my writing with the world.  The rapid expansion of the web allows my work to be exposed globally.  Print culture is currently facing enormous change because of this, and it is impossible not to accept and adapt to the revolution.

I am a complex individual that sees greatness in humanity, yet feels the ongoing underlying struggles.  I am analytical, and would always choose to know, than to be kept in the dark.  I root for the underdog, and I always try to see the good in everyone (though occasionally this has lead to intense pain).  Writing is my way of expressing what I feel.  I have learned that not everyone enjoys talking about their feelings.  At times I am forced to grab a pen, or open my laptop in order to be heard clearly.

I aim to instill in people a sense of knowing that they are not alone in their feelings, and that it is okay to have emotions (the good, the bad, and the ugly).  I follow the sociologist, philosopher, and musicologist, Theodor W. Adoro.  His fundamental belief that art is what sets people free just rings so true to me. Excessively rational behavior only leads to a structure that one cannot be emancipated from; love and feeling can become absent.  So let’s write, paint, draw, dance, play instruments, take photos, sing, and get lost in the beauty of art together.

Forever and a day,
